While walking along Club Street look for the restaurant, Nox on the first floor. On the right of the  restaurant's main entrance is a door to some stairs.
Up the stairs on the 4th floor you will find Grey Ogre Games.

Remember, there aren't always elevators to happiness, sometimes you have to take the stairs.
